Lead Superintendent - HealthcareLead all day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones. Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Conduct daily huddles, weekly progress meetings, and short-term look-ahead planning sessions. Communicate project status, schedule updates, RFIs, and field challenges with Project Management. Review plans, specifications, submittals, and construction documents to ensure proper execution. Monitor manpower, material deliveries, and site logistics to maintain efficient project flow. Identify and resolve quality issues before they impact schedule or cost. Coordinate inspections, AHJ approvals, and healthcare facility requirements. Lead punch list activities, turnover processes, and project closeout efforts. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5-10 years of commercial construction field experience. Minimum of 3 years serving in a lead Superintendent capacity. Strong healthcare construction experience including hospitals, medical office buildings, surgical centers, or healthcare renovations. Proven success managing ground-up and complex interior renovation projects. Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, schedules, and submittals. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction technology platforms. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Deep understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and jobsite safety.Annual salary ranging from $110,700 to $127,600 USD. Competitive bonus structure to reward excellent performance.
