Description
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
Oversee subcontractor buyout and contract execution
Coordinate executive leadership and field teams
Maintain owner relationships and ensure schedule adherence
Profile
Proven experience leading large-scale commercial/public projects
Strong financial oversight and scheduling expertise
Background with a reputable General Contractor
Comfortable in a visible leadership role
Job Offer
Base salary up to $165K
$800/month vehicle allowance
