Lead Construction Superintendent

Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout.
Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control.
Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee daily field operations while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
Drive project milestones and proactively resolve challenges to keep work progressing efficiently.
Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a productive working environment.
Utilize Bluebeam and Excel to track project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
Mentor field personnel and foster strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Proven experience serving as the lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
Background overseeing projects through all phases of construction.
Experience across multiple project sectors preferred, including commercial, corporate, retail, academic, or mixed-use projects.
Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $1M to $30M+.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Base Salary: Up to $155,000
