The Lead Superintendent - Local $30M+ Projects - Fayetteville will be responsible for:

• • Leading day‑to‑day field operations from project start through closeout
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors, superintendents, and field staff
  • Driving project schedules, sequencing, and productivity
  • Enforcing strict safety standards and company policies onsite
  • Coordinating closely with Project Managers to control quality and costs
  • Conducting inspections, resolving field issues, and maintaining progress reporting
  • Representing the company professionally with owners, architects, and inspectors

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - Local $30M+ Projects - Fayetteville will have:

• • 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
