We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. This individual will oversee all onsite construction operations with a focus on wood-frame and garden-style multifamily developments.

Description
- Lead all field operations from project mobilization through final turnover
- Manage daily onsite construction activities, subcontractors, and trade coordination
- Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time
- Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce OSHA compliance
- Conduct regular site walks to monitor quality, productivity, and progress
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project logistics
- Work closely with Project Managers, architects, consultants, and ownership teams
- Identify and resolve field conflicts proactively to maintain construction flow
- Oversee punch list completion and successful project closeout
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication

Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience within multifamily construction
- Proven experience leading wood-frame, podium, or garden-style multifamily projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operations
- Effective leader with the ability to manage subcontractors and build strong project teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced construction environments with multiple moving parts
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
