Lead all onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily and affordable housing projects. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and day-to-day field operations. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and municipal stakeholders. Oversee inspections, compliance requirements, and project documentation. Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain strong communication across project teams. Drive site safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance at all times. Mentor field personnel and contribute to overall project success and team development.

A successful Lead Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction projects. Strong background in multifamily, affordable housing, public housing, or residential developments. Experience managing projects valued between $30M-$50M. Proven ability to lead field operations from sitework through project completion. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 certification required. Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred. Ability to commute throughout the Boston area, including Roxbury and South Boston, with flexibility to support future projects in Providence, RI. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, industrial construction, or production homebuilding environments is not preferred for this role.
