Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Develop and maintain project schedules while driving milestones and deadlines
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
Conduct site meetings and coordinate closely with project management and ownership teams
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure successful project execution
Maintain daily project documentation and reporting through Procore
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability across the jobsite

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily or affordable housing projects
Experience managing projects in the $30M-$50M range preferred
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operations
OSHA 30 certification required
Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
CSL license preferred
Ability to commute throughout the Greater Boston area
Base salary up to $150,000+ for exceptional candidates
$400/month vehicle allowance
