Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Harford CountyThe Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Harford County will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from groundbreaking through turnover. Leading and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are achieved. Developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective action plans as needed. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, local building codes, and company standards. Conducting regular site inspections and quality control reviews to maintain high construction standards. Enforcing site safety programs and promoting a culture of safety among all project stakeholders. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and municipal officials throughout the construction process. Managing project logistics, material deliveries, and site operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. Overseeing punch list completion, inspections, certificate of occupancy requirements, and project closeout activities. Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations. Ability to lead large teams of subcontractors and field personnel while maintaining project schedules and budgets. Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. A thorough understanding of local building codes, permitting requirements, and inspection processes. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to projects throughout Harford County and the surrounding region.The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Harford County will receive competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
