Lead SuperintendentLead all on-site construction activities for large multifamily projects. Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and daily field operations. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company protocols. Monitor project budget alignment and proactively address issues. Maintain strong communication with project managers and stakeholders. Drive quality control processes and project delivery standards. Mentor and support junior field staff as a Lead Superintendent. Represent the company professionally at job sites and client meetings.
