My client is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead multifamily and commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This is a long-term career opportunity with a growing general contractor that values leadership, project ownership, and employee development.

Description

• Lead and manage ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Serve as the on-site leader responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address challenges to keep work on track.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using construction management software.
• Collaborate with project management teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Take ownership of projects valued at approximately $20M and greater.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent leading projects independently.
• Background in multifamily construction preferred.
• Ability to manage all on-site operations with minimal oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on traveling projects throughout the Southeast.
• Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, ProjectSight, or similar software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling tools.
• Stable career history with interest in a long-term career opportunity.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE.
• Discretionary annual bonus.
