Lead SuperintendentThe Lead Superintendent will:Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel to achieve project milestones.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and daily reports.Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project teams.Identify and resolve any potential issues or delays that may impact project timelines.Monitor and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
