The Lead Superintendent - Top 25 ENR GC - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Leading field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners
• Enforcing project schedules, safety standards, and quality controls
• Coordinating inspections, logistics, and site access
• Proactively resolving field issues and constructability challenges
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers and leadership
• Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting
• Representing the company professionally with owners and inspectors

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - Top 25 ENR GC - Greenville will have:

• • 8-10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
  • Proven background on large, complex commercial or edifice projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing and means & methods
  • Ability to lead multiple subcontractors simultaneously
  • Strong safety-first mindset with working knowledge of OSHA standards
  • Comfortable using construction technology and scheduling tools
