Description

• Lead field operations on pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate project logistics, sequencing, and site execution within regulated environments.
• Work closely with project management teams to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.
• Support startup and growth initiatives in the North Carolina market.
• Initially provide cross-functional support while the local operation expands, with the long-term focus on a dedicated Superintendent role.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within pharmaceutical construction.
• Background delivering projects in highly regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Experience with pharmaceutical renovations, process facilities, or production environments.
• Knowledge of stainless steel systems, aseptic processing, or packaging facilities is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with project management and engineering teams when needed.
• Experience directing subcontractors and coordinating field operations.
