Lead Superintendent - Water/WastewaterThe Lead Superintendent - Water/Wastewater will:Lead all on-site construction operations for a major pump station project in the South Shore region of Massachusetts.Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety initiatives, and overall field execution.Oversee complex underground utility installations, including deep excavation work reaching approximately 25 feet.Coordinate daily with project teams to ensure productivity, quality, and budget goals are achieved.Drive project completion while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.Support additional infrastructure and utility projects throughout the South Shore market as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.A successful Lead Superintendent - Water/Wastewater should have:Proven experience as a Superintendent leading construction projects from start to finish.Strong sitework and underground utility experience is required.Comfortable managing deep excavation and underground installations.Wastewater, pump station, or water infrastructure project experience is highly preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to commute to project sites in the New Bedford and South Shore, Massachusetts area.Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project execution.Upon offer, the Lead Superintendent - Water/Wastewater will receive:Base salary: $125,000 to $165,000 USD + bonus opportunity (Depending on experience).Medical, dental, and vision coverage with 75% of premiums paid by the employer.100% employer-paid deductible coverage.15 days PTO, increasing to 20 days after 5 years.401(k) with 2% company match + 3% safe harbor match.Daily lunch provided.Long-term career growth with a financially stable organization.
