We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a complex wastewater infrastructure project in the South Shore region of Massachusetts. This role will drive field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain schedule and safety standards, and ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Description
The Superintendent - Water/Wastewater will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for a major pump station project.
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily field operations.
- Coordinate site logistics, workforce planning, and material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Drive project progress while maintaining budget and schedule expectations.
- Oversee complex underground utility installations and deep excavation work.
- Collaborate closely with project management, ownership, and field teams.
- Support successful project completion and transition to future projects throughout the South Shore region.
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Water/Wastewater should have:
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent running construction projects independently.
- Strong sitework and underground utility construction background.
- Comfortable managing deep excavation projects (approximately 25 feet deep).
- Wastewater, pump station, or water infrastructure experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to commute to New Bedford, MA, with future projects located throughout the South Shore area.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.
Job Offer
Upon offer, the Superintendent - Water/Wastewater will receive:
- Base Salary: $125,000-$165,000 (Depending on experience)
- Annual bonus opportunity
