Lead Superintendent
Our client is a family-owned general contractor that has been a staple of the New England construction market for decades. Job Description
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments. Direct field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term look-ahead plans, and site logistics plans. Enforce company safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all work activities. Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, ownership groups, and local authorities. Conduct subcontractor meetings and drive accountability to project milestones. Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets contract documents and company standards. Oversee project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover to ownership.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a track record as a Lead Superintendent
- Extensive experience managing wood-frame multifamily construction projects valued at $30M+
- Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale residential developments from ground-up through completion
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing field personnel and multiple trade partners
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
