We are currently seeking an experienced SLP to provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in the Mesa area.
About the Opportunity
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for flexibility. There is no direct treatment caseload tied to this role, allowing you to focus on oversight, mentorship, and clinical quality.
What You'll Do
Provide supervision and mentorship to SLPAs in accordance with Arizona state requirements
Review and guide treatment planning using evidence-based, individualized approaches
Monitor client progress and support clinical decision-making as needed
Collaborate with a network of interdisciplinary providers (OT, PT, etc.) to support well-rounded care
What You Bring
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Arizona SLP license in good standing
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional presence
Interest or experience in feeding therapy is a plus
Bilingual skills are a plus
Compensation
$45–$55 per hour for direct supervision activities
$5–$7 per signed treatment note

Working Conditions
This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and/or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
