About the Role:
Lead and direct workforce and other CSM Supervisors in the day-to-day processing of material in a safe and efficient manner. Coordinate workforce scheduling, planned maintenance, product flow, safety improvements. Take care of day-to-day Bargaining Unit issues.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (R), Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Supervision, Management or Related Field (P)
Experience: Five years of supervisor and plant experience
Areas of Knowledge: Safety, Health, & Environmental (R), Labor Relations (R), Manufacturing Processing (R), Business Analysis (P), Specification Interpretation (P), Mathematics (R), Basic Metallurgy (P), 5S (P), Six Sigma/Green Belt Training (P)
