Lead iOS (Swift) Software Engineer – Medical Device Startup
We’re partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing startup to hire a Lead iOS/Swift Software Engineer. This is a high-impact, full-time role where you’ll shape the future of a product designed to improve human health. You’ll start as a senior individual contributor with strong technical ownership and grow into broader engineering leadership as the team scales.
What You’ll Do
Own architecture and technical direction for iOS applications and device-to-cloud interfaces
Design, build, and maintain native iOS apps using Swift
Develop and support web services and interfaces (GCP preferred)
Lead software decisions across mobile, backend, and system integrations
Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware and hardware teams
Establish best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable engineering standards
Conduct code reviews and ensure high quality, security, and maintainability
What You Bring
Proven experience building iOS/Swift applications that interface with medical devices
Track record of owning software products end-to-end
Experience across mobile and web platforms
Nice to Have
GCP (or AWS), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline experience
Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304)

Compensation
Competitive base salary with a target 15% annual bonus.
