LHH is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts and serve as a strategic hiring advisor to business leaders. This role will lead recruiting initiatives, develop talent pipelines, mentor recruiting team members, and help shape workforce planning strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple requisitions while ensuring exceptional candidate experience.

  • Conduct intake meetings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.

  • Utilize recruiting metrics and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes and reduce time-to-fill.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists.

  • Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry functions.

  • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, systems, and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

  • Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, or leadership-level roles.

  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and networking.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proven success managing multiple high-priority openings simultaneously.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting initiatives preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Workforce planning and talent strategy development.

  • Employer branding and recruitment marketing.

  • ATS and CRM systems experience (Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.).

  • Recruiting metrics and analytics reporting.

Pay/Benefits:

  • $80,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
