About Us


Limitless Pediatric Solutions is an inclusive childcare program dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and hardworking teachers to join our quality team and support the growth and development of children in our program.


Position Summary


The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a positive classroom environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and engaged. The teacher will assist with daily classroom activities, implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.


Responsibilities


  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for children.

  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.

  • Assist with planning and implementing daily lessons and classroom activities.

  • Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

  • Communicate effectively with families regarding children's daily experiences and progress.

  • Follow all DSS childcare regulations and program policies.

  • Work collaboratively with classroom staff, therapists, and administration.

  • Participate in staff meetings and required professional development.

  • Maintain accurate classroom documentation and required records.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience working in a childcare center, preschool, daycare, or classroom setting with children under five years old preferred.

  • No prior teaching experience required; training and support will be provided.

  • Must have a passion for working with young children.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to provide a patient, caring, and supportive environment for children.

Requirements


  • Must meet all South Carolina DSS childcare employment requirements.

  • Completion of required background checks and clearances.

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

  • Completion of required professional development training.

Professional Development


  • Minimum of 15 hours of professional development annually as required by DSS.

  • Additional training opportunities provided throughout the program year.

Schedule


  • Full-Time or Part-Time positions available.

  • Monday through Friday.

  • In-person position.
