As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun. You will build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. You will communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Requirements

Do You Have a Genuine Passion for the Education and Care of Children?

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children
• Have one year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months of professional teaching experience required
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred or High school diploma/GED required

Compensation $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
