About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's developmental needs.
• Supervise and support students in various classroom settings and activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Assist in assessing and documenting children's growth and development.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma minimum 
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse classroom.
