Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's developmental needs.
- Supervise and support students in various classroom settings and activities.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Assist in assessing and documenting children's growth and development.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse classroom.
