Complimentary membership and discounted rates for childcare and most programs. Starting Pay:$15.00- $18.00/HR Position Description:Designs and implements daily lesson/activity plansResponsible for well-being and personal growth of the childrenAssists in potty trainingLeads the classroom team that includes supervision of Assistant TeachersMakes ongoing, systematic observations and evaluations of each childConducts parent conferences, and maintains positive relationships and effective communication with parentsMaintains classroom and program equipmentMaintains required program recordsAttends and participates in family nights, program activities, staff meetings, and staff trainingMaintains training in First aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases and Child Abuse Awareness as well as 10 hours of Ohio Approved training per year.
