At The Learning Experience, our Lead Teachers are ambassadors of happiness who inspire children to learn, play, and grow. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and lead a classroom with confidence, care, and creativity.


As One of Our Happy Teachers, You Will:

• Lead your classroom using TLE's proprietary curriculum and programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers to ensure classroom success.
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Have a passion for educating and inspiring young children.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Have ECE coursework, CDA, or an Early Childhood Education degree (preferred).
• Possess strong classroom management and communication skills.

Must meet all applicable state licensing and background screening requirements.
