    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field; or an Associate's degree in one of these fields plus at least 2 years of experience working with children

    • Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills

    • A nurturing, dependable, energetic approach to working with children

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • Ability to read/write English and use basic Microsoft Office tools

    What You'll Do

    • Lead a high-quality, age-appropriate classroom experience

    • Create and implement engaging lesson plans and learning activities

    • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized classroom

    • Support each child's developmental needs and adjust activities as needed

    • Partner with families through clear, positive communication

    • Work closely with assistant teachers and center leadership

    • Follow all health, safety, licensing, and classroom-ratio requirements
