About the Role:
STEM Child Care in Castle Rock, CO is looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers and Support Staff to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate STEM-based curriculum and daily lesson plans
• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment for children
• Supervise and guide children throughout daily activities, meals, and transitions
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding child progress
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to maintain a positive team atmosphere
• Observe and document child development milestones and behavioral patterns
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure all safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field preferred
• Genuine passion for working with children and fostering early learning
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass a background check in accordance with Colorado childcare regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework or degree a plus
