Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience, credentials, and education)

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week

What Youll Do

• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through hands-on learning experiences
• Support childrens academic, social, and emotional development
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
• Communicate childrens daily experiences and milestones with parents
• Foster a classroom where learning happens through play, exploration, and discovery

What Were Looking For

• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience required
• 1 year of teaching experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• DCF 45 hours preferred
• Associate Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements

Background Screening Requirement

This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 Background Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as required by state law.
