Senior ServiceNow Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

a. 7 to 8 years of experienced in ServiceNow development

b. Work with TCS Technical Lead and Client stakeholders directly for TSM,ITSM,CSM and CMDB, TNI,Order management needs.

c. Good understanding in Service Now scripts like Business Rule, Client Script , Script Include,ACL,UI policy and UI action, Workflow,UI page and UI scripts,slus bucket,import set,Process flow formatter, Glide Ajax. Flow designer, import set etc

d.Must have knowledge on Integration with third party tools vis REST API interface.

e.Must have knowledge on scripted REST API and CRUD operations.

f.Good understanding of ITIL and Agile process.

g.Good to have Knowledge on ServiceNow Order Management module and Telco equipment tables.

h.Shoud be able to develop complex codes independently without anyone's help.

i.Understanding of Discovery and Service mapping upstream and down stream CI relationship.

j.Good understanding on Case, Incident, Problem and Change modules.

k.Good to have understanding on Fault isolation co-relation module (ITOM/TSOM)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist the architect in understanding the requirement from business analyst or customer and creating the solution design

2. Work independently for end-to-end development of requirement within ServiceNow, which will include coordinating with customers for understanding requirement, forecasting effort, creating design, developing code, getting it tested and co-ordinating with release manager to release code to prod environment

3. Guide other developers in the team and assist them in their development work

4. Attend internal/customer meetings as required

5. Provide inputs to the project management in terms of risks/challenges, project timelines and work with the management to address the same (as required)

6. Work with ServiceNow as required in case of any unique requirements/product shortcomings/bugs and take ownership of such cases till final resolution

7. Must be willing to take ownership of multiple workstreams and ensure that the deliverables are completed within timeline

Education

Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $150000 - $170000 a year
