By doing so, the TPM will develop a shared technical product vision and roadmap for the future of Avery Federation and the UnitedHealthcare Member Experience.

  • Partner with architecture, security, responsible AI, privacy, and engineering teams to establish federation guardrails and ensure federated solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, reliability, observability, data handling, AI safety, and architectural consistency.
  • Prioritize platform capabilities, technical debt, modernization, operational needs and new functionality through adaptive backlog management
  • Facilitate technical design reviews, architecture discussions, integration planning and cross-team dependency management

  • Serve as the technical product champion for federation capabilities, APIs, integrations, orchestration frameworks and platform governance
  • Track federation success metrics including adoption, onboarding time, delivery velocity, platform reuse, reliability, operational quality, and developer experience.
