Technical Program Manager
The Technical Program Manager for the Core Nationalism team provides overall project management leadership by acting as the nationalism Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O&T, ensuring consistency across the organization, executing upon the nationalism strategy and providing overall project management leadership to ensure the health- budget, schedule, and risk mitigation of all projects within a line of business.
This key position enables the team to successfully engage throughout the software build and deploy process and navigate roadblocks with focus on the following phases:
- Business Requirements
- Functional Requirements and UAT Support
- Lead in Status Meetings and Post-Implementation Reviews
Role
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not mandatory
- Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements
- Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes within budget constraints

- Effective communication methodology with senior management
- Knowledge of payments industry preferred, Client specific knowledge highly preferred.
- Intermediate experience with Project Management structured methodology and project planning tools. Proven experience running a project using Agile methodology required.
