Company Overview
At Patriot SoftWash, we provide excellent customer service, soft washing homes and businesses. Soft washing provides an alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, breaks down bugs nests, and cob webs, as well as kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and sanitizes the surface we are cleaning. Soft washing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer, and doesn’t erode the surface, as pressure washing often can.

Job Summary
You earn the experience to lead a crew, providing outstanding service in soft washing luxury residential and commercial business exteriors.
Responsibilities
- You provide excellent Customer Service
- You follow up to make sure that all work areas are ready, and all equipment is working properly
- You follow up to make sure the truck and crew are prepared for the day based on the home type you are cleaning
- Can you use equipment and the truck in within company guidelines
- You protect customers' property and landscaping from physical and chemical damages once trained
- You take quality before and after pictures along with work progress videos
- You confidently conduct the final walk with the customer and collect payment
- You always have safety in mind for both you and those around you
- You follow instructions to make sure proper chemical concentration are used to provide a quality cleaning
- You take pride in keeping your equipment clean and protected at the end of day each day
Qualifications

- Are you willing and able to work and stand outside for 6-10 hours a day?
