Qualifications:• Associates of Applied Science or higher degree, successful completion of a 4-year apprenticeship program, or equivalent formal military training.• Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and automated systems.• Proficiency with relevant design software. SolidWorks Electrical is preferred.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design, develop, and test automated production machinery.• Develop and construct test equipment to validate new manufacturing processes.• Troubleshoot and repair instrument & control failures.• Create electrical diagrams and control circuits suitable for maintenance & service personnel.
