    How You’ll Make a Difference

    As our Lead Technician – Heavy Line, you’ll be the steady hand and trusted voice the team turns to. You’ll lead from the front—solving tough mechanical challenges, mentoring technicians, and ensuring our customers’ equipment runs safely and reliably. Your experience will raise the bar for quality, safety, and teamwork across the shop and in the field.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead, coach, and train assigned technicians while serving as the go-to resource for advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.

    • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild engines, drive systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other major components on material handling and aerial equipment.

    • Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, welding, and failure analysis to keep equipment running to manufacturer standards.

    • Uphold safety standards, complete service documentation, manage parts and tools, and support Service Leadership in meeting goals and performance metrics.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 5+ years of experience working on heavy material handling, aerial, or similar industrial equipment, with strong diagnostic skills.

    • High school diploma or GED (technical or trade school training preferred); certified on the majority of assigned product lines.

    • Ability to read precision instruments and perform advanced mechanical repairs; welding or fabrication skills a plus.

    • A valid driver’s license, your own tools, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
