Security 101 - Philadelphia is now recruiting a Lead Commercial Security Technician that has experience installing programming and servicing commercial electronic security devices primarily CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems and overall security systems.

Salary:

Hourly wage varies from $26.00 to $37.00, non-exempt, commensurate with skills, product knowledge and experience.

Skills/Abilities:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of outside B2B consultative sales experience.
• Electronic security industry knowledge preferred.
• Performance minded, self-confident & dynamic.
• Goal-oriented salesperson who exhibits a competitive spirit.
• Enthusiastic about being able to earn 6 figures with no commission caps.
• Conducts customer site walk-through's and estimates both building system installations and service opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and building relationships with new clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities.
• Performing consultative site surveys, system design, estimating and proposal writing.

Education:

• High School (or GED) minimum requirement
• 4-year degree preferred
