About the Role:
All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team in SWFL! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team of technicians while delivering top-quality technical work. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians on daily operations and project assignments
• Perform hands-on technical work, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across job sites
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Train, mentor, and support junior technicians to develop their skills
• Coordinate with management to schedule workflow and prioritize tasks
• Inspect completed work and conduct quality control checks
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technician with prior leadership or lead technician experience preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in outdoor and varying field conditions in the Florida climate
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
