The Lead Technician serves as the technical standard for the shop, consistently delivering high-quality service across most vehicle makes and models while performing all core technician duties. This role supports the management team by assisting with leadership responsibilities, training and mentoring technicians, and ensuring policies, safety standards, and professionalism are upheld. The Lead Technician also helps maintain inventory, completes required training, and communicates effectively with both team members and customers to ensure exceptional service.
