As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Water Mitigation/Mold Remediation Lead to join our team!

As a Restoration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects related water mitigation and mold remediation. You will manage a team of Technicians, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, safely and in line with industry standards. the ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of restoration techniques and a commitment to delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead water and mold remediation projects, including water extraction, drying, cleaning and removal
• Supervise and train a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform inspections, moisture mapping and damage assessments.
• Develop and implement remediation plans and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with home or business owner, Supervisors, Managers and other parties involved in the restoration process.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow IICRC standards and other industry best practices.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in water damage mitigation and mold remediation preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to work overtime/weekends when needed.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to maintain a valid chauffeur license.
