SUMMARY
The Lead Therapist directs and manages the clinical activities and outpatient services working with the Regional Program Director (RPD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) and to assure financial viability and contract compliance of assigned programs. Assists in planning, organizing, and directing the admissions and treatment including supervision of staff, program development, program administration, and provides therapeutic services as needed. Maintains knowledge and familiarity of the goals and objectives of the agency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree
Licensed in the state of Oklahoma as one of the following
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LFMT)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
2 years of administrative experience in a mental health setting
Ability to exercise independent judgment, shows initiative, tact, and maintains effective working relationships with participants, staff, and the community
Knowledge of computers and ability to complete electronic medical records
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience in working with community social service and health agencies
Excellent of verbal and written communication skills
