Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
  • Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate with parents.
  • Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities.
  • Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working s a lead teacher with toddlers in an educational setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor are essential.
  • Background check clearance required prior to employment.
