We are looking for a Toddler Teacher who is passionate, patient, and ready to guide our little ones through their early adventures. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to build bonds, spark curiosity, and help children grow through play, love, and learning.


What You’ll Do:


  • Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers 18m - 25m or 25m - 3 years of age
  • Plan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play
  • Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and care
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
  • Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:


  • A genuine love for children and a big heart
  • Experience  in  early childhood setting (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, Associates degree or higher, comparable work history
  • CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
  • Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs  (again and again)

Qualifications
  •  18+ Years Old
  •  Experience in childcare preferred 
  • Lead: Meet one of the following:
    • Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
    • Have a Child Development Associate Credential
    • Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
    • 3+ years experience in  classroom management preferred.
