About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Supervise daily activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Lead classroom activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects a positive learning atmosphere.
• Train and mentor assistant teachers and support staff in best practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Knowledge of state licensing regulations and child safety standards.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
