Lead Toddler Teachers

The Lead Toddler Teacher will oversee classrooms dedicated to toddlers aged 18 to 30 months, maintaining a student-to-teacher ratio of 1:6. This role involves managing classroom activities, planning engaging curricula using both in-house and external resources, and supporting child development within a collaborative team environment. Strong communication with parents and leadership of assistant teachers and staff are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage toddler classrooms, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
• Plan and implement curriculum using provided resources
• Support and monitor child development milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress
• Lead and collaborate daily with assistant teachers and staff

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
