Job Description

As a Team Leader performs a variety of complex assignments involving planning and directing a comprehensive training program that directly correlates to the quality of Air Force Child and Youth Programs (CYP); assessing the individualtraining needs of CYP personnel, Family Child Care (FCC) providers, volunteers and contractors; ensuring children's assessments are conducted and individual activities are developed to support school readiness; positive youth development activities are used to support youth programs; and ensuring environments and materials support programs for which they are designed.

Plans and directs an all inclusive curriculum for children birth to 5 years of age and plan and direct positive youth development for youth 6 to 18 years of age that promotes school readiness and support ongoing life success.

Develops plan to improve overall operations, compliance with regulatory requirements and national accreditation standards.

Enforce AF Inclusion Practices support children who may have special needs or complex behaviors.

Represent program with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
