What you will do::
You will Lead the design and performance of the final mile delivery network, combining strategy, analytics, and operational execution to drive cost efficiency, service excellence, and scalability. Partners cross-functionally to ensure delivery strategies are implemented effectively across the network.
Network Strategy & Optimization
- Lead initiatives to improve route planning, capacity, and network design
- Evolve the final mile operating model to balance cost, speed, and service
- Support long-range capacity planning and peak readiness strategies
- Build business cases for new delivery models (e.g., same-day, micro-fulfillment)
Performance Management & Analytics
- Monitor and drive KPIs such as on time in full (OTIF), cost per stop, and miles per delivered order
- Analyze network data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement
- Translate insights into actionable plans to improve network performance and scalability
Operations Partnership & Execution
- Partner with field and site leaders to ensure execution of delivery strategies at scale
- Support implementation of routing, capacity, and delivery process improvements
- Collaborate with Safety, Operations, and Customer teams to enhance delivery outcomes and reliability
Technology & Transformation
- Drive adoption and optimization of routing platforms, TMS, and visibility tools
- Improve delivery tracking, proof of delivery, and operational transparency
- Support digital transformation initiatives across the final mile network
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, Customer Experience, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) teams
- Improve end-to-end delivery visibility and customer experience
- Influence stakeholders to align on network improvements and strategic initiatives
What you will bring::
- 7+ years in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or network optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Familiarity with routing systems, TMS, or delivery platforms
- Proven ability to improve cost, service, and operational performance
Preferred
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, parcel, or big & bulky delivery
- Background in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
- Experience in high-volume delivery networks and network design
