Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Lead TRD Operator to support our Thermal Destruction Department in Fairless Hills, PA. This hands-on lead role is ideal for someone with industrial or manufacturing experience who can help guide daily operations, support team members, monitor equipment, and maintain safe, efficient production.

What You’ll Do• Support and lead day-to-day TRD operations• Operate and monitor industrial processing equipment• Assist with training and daily direction of operators• Complete production logs, weights, temperatures, and tracking documentation• Identify equipment or safety concerns and escalate as needed• Help maintain workflow, production goals, housekeeping, and safety standards

What You Bring• High school diploma or GED• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience• Lead or senior operator experience preferred• Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced industrial environment• Reliable transportation

Schedule & Pay• $20.50/hour• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM• Fairless Hills, PA

Compliance Requirements• Must meet applicable ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements• Must successfully complete required background screening and pre-employment drug testing
