Location: The Learning Experience - Gaithersburg, MD (New Center Opening)
Pay: $17-$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
The Learning Experience - Gaithersburg is seeking a Twaddlers Teacher to guide young learners as they transition from toddler routines into early preschool readiness. This classroom focuses on independence, communication, and structured play-based learning.
Responsibilities
Lead age-appropriate early learning activities
Support social development and classroom routines
Encourage independence through structured transitions
Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
Communicate progress with families and leadership
Ensure licensing compliance and classroom organization
Qualifications
Preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulations
Infant/Toddler qualification a plus
Prior experience working with young preschool-age children preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
