The Lead User Experience Technical Professional provides technical support for university-managed IT resources within Campus Life Services. Responsibilities include managing desktop/laptop systems, printers, POS devices, Office 365, safety systems (e.g., door access, alarms), and client/server applications. The role emphasizes strong customer service, thorough documentation, and consistent follow-through. The position also involves supervising and training student workers, hourly, and classified staff, ensuring technical proficiency and proper staffing levels. It includes scheduling, performance review, coaching, and acting as the first escalation point for technical issues.

Conditions of Employment
This is a campus-based position in Norfolk, VA with on-call responsibilities, working a typical 40-hour work week. This position supports the football season, so Saturday and evening hours will be required and include compensation. The position will require a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate Salary is commensurate with education and experience and begins at $ - 57,733
