Lead Utility Team Member

The Lead Utility team member will be a part of the utility department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis and the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. This is a versatile role that requires leading and coaching all departments as needed.

Requirements

• Well-rounded basic construction experience in a fast-paced production setting
• Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis
• Ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching all departments as needed
• Planning and ensuring all departments stay on pace to complete up to 4-6 floors per day
• Other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help internal and external departments with staff assignments as needed
